Fabrication
Willis Welding can provide fabricated parts from
steel, aluminum, or stainless steel.
We can fabricate parts large or
small in quantities of 1 to 1001 if needed. We also do
railings,
custom railings (steel and aluminum), platforms, stairs, and frames.
We have
sources for hot dip galvanizing of steel as well as anodizing for
aluminum fabrications.

Burning
We offer CNC Controlled Plasma and Oxy-Fuel burning
in thickness from 1/8" to 6"

Punching and Shearing
Holes punched in 1-1/16" diameter through 3/4" plate
Angle shear up to 5 x 5 x 3/8"
Bar shear up to 1" thick x 6" wide
 
Welding
We provide customers with a wide variety of
certified welding services including
stick, Tig, and Mig, as well as spray
and flux core applications.
We also provide mobile services for on-site welding
with stick, Mig, and Tig, as
well as arc air cutting for repair work.
Our welders are API 1104 and AWSD1.1
Unlimited certified.
